WHAT IS THE UTAH TECHNICAL COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP?

The Utah Technical College Scholarship is for students enrolled in certain high-demand technical college programs. Scholarship funds can cover the total cost of tuition, program fees, and required textbooks, for up to 12 months following the student's high school graduation date.

*State support and program participation affecting students are subject to change by legislative or administrative action.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

Qualifications for the technical college scholarship include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (or is on track to receive one)

  • Plans to enroll in a high-demand program at a technical college

  • Satisfactory progress in a career and technical education pathway offered by a:

    • Technical college,

    • Degree-granting college or university, or

    • School district or charter school.
